Place in the Land of Ideas

The Erlangen AG has been priced as a place in the land of ideas with the knowledge portal for the metropolis region Nuremberg "regiolog.com".

In cooperation with the Cogneon GmbH and the communication agency Birke and partners the Erlangen AG has built the knowledge portal "regiolog.com". On the base of a knowledge-map and a web 2.0 based interactive platform makes knowledge- and technology-transfer as well as initiation of cooperations in fields like research, production and sales. regiolog.com links people and knowledge at the location.

The jury saw the idea behind regiolog.com as innovative and nominated the Erlangen AG as one place in the land of ideas. Regiolog.com has been chosen as one of 365 projects to represent Germany as an innovative and sustainable land of ideas. The award ceremony will take place at the workshop "Market entrance in China" at the IZMP in Erlangen.
